Our guarantee is a working parts & labour guarantee. If a working part becomes faulty, we will cover the cost of the replacement part and the labour to install it. This guarantee covers domestic use only. It does not cover accidental damage or misuse. If our engineers determine the item has been damaged due to customer negligence, the warranty will be void.

Returns

In the unlikely event you decide you do not want the appliance, you (the buyer) are responsible for the cost of return within 30 days, provided the appliance is in the unused condition as shown in the listing.

• Please read the description and dimensions carefully. If an appliance does not fit your space, we cannot accept responsibility or offer a refund for buyer measurement errors. Allow an extra 1–2 cm for clearances and ventilation.
• For recirculating use you will need the appropriate charcoal filter (see Technical Specs).

• Accessories supplied are those shown and listed. If an accessory is not present in the advert and you require it, we can help source it, but it is the customer’s responsibility to obtain secondary accessories.
• Before installation, please check ceiling height allows the minimum clearance between hob and extractor.
