Our guarantee covers working parts and labour. It does not cover accidental damage or misuse. Misuse voids the warranty.

Returns accepted within 30 days if unused and in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return cost.

Delivery Details

Free collection available. We are not responsible for damage caused by third-party couriers or customer handling. Two-man delivery includes delivery to your ground floor only. Delivery may take 5–7 working days. Pallet deliveries require customer assistance for unloading. Check access roads for 18.5t lorry compatibility.

Unpack within 24 hours of delivery and check for damage. Courier claims will not be accepted after this period.
