Our guarantee is a working parts & labour guarantee. If a working part becomes faulty, we will cover the cost of the replacement part and the labour to install it. This guarantee covers domestic use only. It does not cover accidental damage or misuse. If our engineers determine the item has been damaged due to customer negligence, the warranty will be void.

Returns

In the unlikely event you decide you do not want the appliance, you (the buyer) are responsible for the cost of return within 30 days, provided the appliance is in the unused condition as shown in the listing.

• Before use, please check the clearance, positioning and that flipping the appliance is safe and intended. Make sure the surface is stable and uses the correct orientation for each mode.
