IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT DELIVERY AND POSTAGE

Two person delivery is available up-to 140 miles from our location. ( delivery charge varies depending on distance). The two person delivery means we can deliver the appliance into your desired location in your house on the ground floor only. We do not take appliances upstairs due to health and safety reasons. Anything above 140 miles from our location will be a kerbside pallet delivery meaning the item will be packed onto a pallet and will be delivered kerbside to your address. After that you will need to move the appliance to your desired location by yourself.

Please note due to rising delivery costs we are unable to deliver any appliance that is above 200 miles whether it be a kerbside delivery or not. If your address is 200 miles or higher we are sorry we will not be able to deliver to you. Please note if you place an order and you are 200 miles away from us we will have to cancel your order.

1 year parts and labour warranty

Please note our guarentee is a working parts and labour guarentee. What this means is if a working part on an appliance is faulty or is not functional anymore we will cover the cost of a new part and the labour required to install said part. Our guarentee covers our items for domestic usuage only. Our guarentee does not cover accidental damage or if an appliance has been misused. If the engineers believe the item has been misused and damaged due to customer negligence, your warranty will be voided.

In the unlikely event you decide you did not want the appliance you the buyer are responsible for the cost of return, within 30 days. This is as long as the appliance is in the unused condition as the listing shows within 30 days of the purchase.
