We offer a two-person delivery service for locations up to 140 miles from our premises. (Delivery charges vary depending on distance.)

This service allows delivery into your preferred ground floor location within your home.
Please note: We do not take appliances upstairs due to health and safety regulations.

For distances beyond 140 miles, we offer kerbside pallet delivery only. This means the item will be delivered on a pallet to your kerbside, and you will need to move it inside yourself.

Due to rising delivery costs, we are unable to deliver to any address over 200 miles, whether kerbside or otherwise.
If your address is over 200 miles away, we regret to inform you that we cannot fulfil the order, and it will have to be cancelled.

Warranty

1 Year Parts and Labour Warranty

Please note our guarantee is a working parts and labour guarantee. What this means is, if a working part on an appliance is faulty or is not functional anymore, we will cover the cost of a new part and the labour required to install said part.

Our guarantee covers our items for domestic usage only. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or if an appliance has been misused. If the engineers believe the item has been misused and damaged due to customer negligence, your warranty will be voided.

In the unlikely event you decide you did not want the appliance, you the buyer are responsible for the cost of return, within 30 days. This is as long as the appliance is in the unused condition as the listing shows, within 30 days of the purchase.

Delivery

Free collection is available from our premises, but we do not take responsibility for any third-party couriers. We also do not take any responsibility for product damage if it has been collected by the customer — meaning if you damage the appliance after it has been collected from us, we will not take responsibility for the damage caused by the customer.

We can also provide a 2-man delivery. What this means is, the delivery drivers will deliver your appliance in the desired location inside your house, downstairs only. We do not in any circumstances take appliances upstairs due to health and safety risks.

Delivery may take longer than the time allocated/mentioned in the advert. We normally ship the order within 5–7 working days.

If we do a kerbside pallet delivery, please ensure you have sufficient help to offload, as the item will be palletised and delivered outside your house. We do not take responsibility for any damage caused by the customer while taking the appliance to your desired location when it is a kerbside pallet delivery.

Also, we urge customers to read the description properly and the dimensions. If you order an appliance and it does not fit into the space you want it to be in, we will not take responsibility for that and will be unable to provide a refund if that is the case. When measuring up, please give an extra centimetre or two on the given dimensions to allow space for doors to open, etc.

After delivery, please unpack within the 24 hours and inspect for any transit damage — regardless of whether you will fit the appliance on the same day or later on — as the courier will not accept any liability after that.

Also, pallet deliveries will arrive in an 18.5T lorry. Please ensure your access road is big enough, otherwise they will not be able to deliver your appliance.

Also, with all fridge freezers, fridges and freezers, please allow 24 hours after the appliance is in the desired location in your house for the compressor gas to rest and settle before turning on the appliance. If you do turn it on before that, it will damage the appliance.

Please note all products are sold as seen — meaning how the product is shown in the pictures is how you will get it. The product is sold as seen cosmetically, meaning all the cosmetic damage that is present is how you will receive the product. The product still comes with a 12 months working parts guarantee.

If there is an accessory that is not present in the advert and you require it, we can help source it, but it is up to you, the customer, to arrange for it. All accessories that we have for our appliances will be shown in pictures and mentioned in the advert, and will be given with the purchased appliance. We do not provide secondary accessories that can be bought and used with appliances, such as spare shelves or instruction manuals, etc.

With all built-in appliances, we urge customers to read the description very carefully and get in contact with us if you are unsure about anything, as we cannot provide a refund if it is the customer’s fault for not reading the dimensions properly and it not fitting inside your space.
