We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy outlines your rights and options regarding refunds, returns, and faulty goods.

1. Returns – Change of Mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return your item within 14 calendar days of receiving it if you change your mind.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging (where applicable).
  • This right does not apply to goods that have been installed, used, or altered.

Return Process:

  • Contact us within 14 days via  info@domestic-appliance.co.uk with your order number.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty.
  • Once approved, return the item to:

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If eligible, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
  • Delivery fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

All products are covered by a 12-month guarantee.

If your item arrives damaged or develops a mechanical or electrical fault within 12 months:

  • Contact us immediately with a description and clear photos (if applicable).
  • We will offer to repair, replace, or refund the item, depending on the issue and your preference.

Please note:

  • Cosmetic imperfections (scratches/dents) are disclosed in advance for graded items and are not covered unless they impact performance.
  • Faults caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised repair are not covered.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first. Depending on stock availability, we may be able to accommodate your request.
