1 Year Parts and Labour Warranty

Our guarantee covers working parts and labour. If a functional part of your appliance becomes faulty, we will cover the cost of the new part and the labour required to install it. This warranty applies strictly to domestic usage only. It does not cover accidental damage or misuse.

If our engineers determine that damage has occurred due to customer negligence or improper use, the warranty will be void.

If you decide you no longer want the appliance, you may return it within 30 days, provided it is unused and in the same condition as shown in the listing. The buyer is responsible for the return cost.

Delivery

Free collection is available from our showroom. However, we do not take responsibility for damage caused by third-party couriers or by customers after collection.

We offer a 2-man delivery service to deliver the appliance into your desired downstairs location. We do not take appliances upstairs under any circumstances due to health and safety regulations.

Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days. For kerbside pallet deliveries, please ensure you have help to offload, as the appliance will be delivered on a pallet outside your home. We are not responsible for any damage during customer handling post-delivery.
