Two person delivery is available up-to 140 miles from our location. ( delivery charge varies depending on distance). The two person delivery means we can deliver the appliance into your desired location in your house on the ground floor only. We do not take appliances upstairs due to health and safety reasons. Anything above 140 miles from our location will be a kerbside pallet delivery meaning the item will be packed onto a pallet and will be delivered kerbside to your address. After that you will need to move the appliance to your desired location by yourself.

Please note due to rising delivery costs we are unable to deliver any appliance that is above 200 miles whether it be a kerbside delivery or not. If your address is 200 miles or higher we are sorry we will not be able to deliver to you. Please note if you place an order and you are 200 miles away from us we will have to cancel your order.

In the unlikely event you decide you did not want the appliance you the buyer are responsible for the cost of return, within 30 days. This is as long as the appliance is in the unused condition as the listing shows within 30 days of the purchase.

Delivery

Free collection is available from our premises but we do not take responsibility for any third party couriers. We also do not take any responsibility for  product damage wise if it has been collected by the customer meaning if you damage the appliance after it has been collected from us we will not take responsibility for the damage caused by the customer. We can also provide a 2 man delivery. What this means is the delivery drivers will deliver your appliance in the desired location inside your house downstairs only. We do not in any circumstances take appliances upstairs due to health and safety risks. Delivery may take longer then the time allocated mentioned in the advert. We normally ship the order within 5-7 working days. If we do a kerbside pallet delivery please ensure you have sufficient help to off-load as the item will be palleted and delivered outside your house. We do not take responsibility for any damage caused by the customer while taking the appliance to your desired location when it is a kerbside pallet delivery.

Also we urge customers to read the description properly and the dimensions. If you order an appliance and it does not fit into the space you want it to be in we will not take responsibility for that and will be unable to provide a refund if that is the case. When measuring up please give an extra centimetre or two on the given dimensions to allow space for doors to open etc.

After delivery please unpack within the 24 hours and inspect for any transit damage regardless whether you will fit the appliance on the same day or later on, as the courier will not accept any liability after that. Also pallet deliveries will arrive in a 18.5t lorry, please ensure your access road is big enough otherwise they will not be able to deliver your appliance.

Also with all fridge freezers, fridges and freezers please allow 24 hours after the appliance is in the desired location in your house for the compressor gas to rest and settle before turning on the appliance. If you do turn it on before that it will damage the appliance.

Please note all products are sold as seen meaning how the product is on the pictures is how you will get it, if there is an accessory that is not present in the advert and you require it we can help source it but it is up-to you the customer to arrange for it. All accessories that we have for our appliances will be shown in pictures and mentioned in the advert and will be given with the purchased appliance. We do not provide secondary accessories that can be bought and used with appliances such as spare shelves or instruction manuals etc.

With all built in appliances we urge customers to read the description very carefully and get in contact with us if you are unsure about anything as we cannot provide a refund if it is the customers fault for not reading the dimensions properly and it not fitting inside your space.

Care & Maintenance

The minimum installation height is 85cm.

The rear surface of appliance shall be placed against a wall.

Leave a minimum clearance of 30cm above the oven, a minimum clearance of 20cm is required between the oven and any adjacent walls

CLEANING

Be sure to unplug the appliance from the power supply.

1. Clean the cavity of the oven after using with a slightly damp cloth.
2. Clean the accessories in the usual way in soapy water.
3. The door frame and seal and neighbouring parts must be cleaned carefully with a damp cloth when they are dirty.
4. Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers to clean the oven door glass since they can scratch the surface, which may result in shattering of the glass.
5. Cleaning Tip—For easier cleaning of the cavity walls that the food cooked can touch: Place half a lemon in a bowl, add 300ml (1/2 pint) water and heat on 100% microwave power for 10 minutes. Wipe the oven clean using a soft, dry cloth.
