Two-person delivery available up to 140 miles (delivery charge varies by distance).
Delivery is to ground floor locations only due to health and safety. We do not deliver upstairs.
Above 140 miles: delivery is kerbside via pallet – customer is responsible for moving it indoors.
We do NOT deliver to locations beyond 200 miles. Orders placed from over 200 miles away will be cancelled.

Warranty

1 Year Parts and Labour Warranty – Covers faults in working parts under domestic usage. Does not cover accidental or misuse-related damage. If misuse is confirmed by our engineers, the warranty will be void.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days if the appliance is unused and in the original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Delivery Terms

Free collection is available. We do not take responsibility for third-party courier damage or self-inflicted customer damage after collection.
Two-man delivery is to ground floor locations only.
Delivery usually takes 5-7 working days but may take longer.
Kerbside pallet deliveries require the customer to offload and move the item indoors.

Important: Please measure carefully before purchasing. If the appliance does not fit, we will not offer a refund. Allow 1-2cm extra clearance for door openings.

Unpack and inspect the appliance within 24 hours of delivery. Couriers will not accept damage claims after this period.

Pallet deliveries arrive on an 18.5T lorry. Ensure your road access is suitable.

For all refrigeration appliances, allow 24 hours after placing in your home before switching on to let the compressor gas settle.
