TWO PERSON DELIVERY is available up to 140 miles from our location (delivery charge varies by distance). This service is ground floor only. We do not take appliances upstairs for health & safety reasons.
Over 140 miles: delivery of your AMICA 60cm electric ceramic cooker will be a kerbside pallet delivery. The item will be delivered to the kerbside only; you will need to move it inside your property yourself. Please ensure you have adequate help to off-load a palleted item.
Due to rising delivery costs, we are unable to deliver to addresses 200 miles or more from our location. Orders placed to addresses ≥ 200 miles will be cancelled.
Shipping timeframe: we normally dispatch within 5–7 working days. Delivery may on occasion take longer than quoted.
After delivery: please unpack your AMICA 60cm electric ceramic cooker within 24 hours and inspect for transit damage. The courier will not accept liability after that period. Pallet deliveries typically arrive on an 18.5 T lorry; ensure your access road is suitable.
Collections: Free collection is available from our premises. We do not accept responsibility for third-party couriers or for any damage occurring after customer collection of your AMICA 60cm electric ceramic cooker.
Warranty
1 YEAR PARTS AND LABOUR WARRANTY.
Our guarantee is a working parts & labour guarantee. If a working part of your AMICA 60cm electric ceramic cooker becomes faulty, we will cover the cost of the replacement part and the labour to install it. This guarantee covers domestic use only. It does not cover accidental damage or misuse. If our engineers determine the item has been damaged due to customer negligence, the warranty will be void.
Returns
In the unlikely event you decide you do not want the AMICA 60cm electric ceramic cooker, you (the buyer) are responsible for the cost of return within 30 days, provided the appliance is in the unused condition as shown in the listing.
Important Notes for Buyers
- Please read the description and dimensions carefully. If an appliance does not fit your space, we cannot accept responsibility or offer a refund for buyer measurement errors. Allow an extra 1–2 cm for clearances and ventilation.
- For recirculating use you will need the appropriate charcoal filter (see Technical Specs).

- Before installation, please check ceiling height allows the minimum clearance between hob and extractor.
