Delivery Information
We aim to make the delivery of your domestic appliances as smooth and transparent as possible. Please read the full delivery policy below before placing your order.
Free Local Delivery
We offer FREE delivery within a 5-mile radius of our location in CV6 5FS, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
If your delivery address is beyond 5 miles, please contact us directly at 07782 181001 to arrange delivery and receive a quote.
Delivery to flats may incur additional charges. Contact us beforehand to discuss any specific requirements.
Two-Person Delivery Service
We provide two-person delivery for your convenience within 140 miles of our base. This service includes:
- Delivery to your desired ground floor location inside your home
- No upstairs deliveries due to health and safety restrictions

Pallet Delivery (140–200 Miles)
If you’re located between 140–200 miles, we offer kerbside pallet delivery:
- Your item will arrive securely packaged on a pallet
- Delivery is kerbside only – you’ll need to move it into your home yourself
Please ensure you have help on hand and adequate access for an 18.5T lorry at the time of delivery.
No Deliveries Beyond 200 Miles
Due to rising delivery costs, we cannot deliver to locations more than 200 miles from CV6 5FS under any circumstances.
Orders placed outside this range will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
Collection Option
You’re welcome to collect your order from our premises. However:
- We are not responsible for any damages caused during transportation by third-party couriers or the customer.
- Please handle appliances carefully after collection.
Delivery Timescale
We aim to dispatch orders within 5–7 working days. Please note:
- Delays may occur during busy periods or for remote deliveries
- We will keep you updated every step of the way
Important Pre-Delivery Checks
Before placing your order, please:
- Read the full product description and dimensions carefully
- Allow 1–2 cm extra space for appliance doors and ventilation
- Check access routes (especially for larger items and pallet deliveries)
- Ensure compatibility with your space—especially for built-in appliances
We do not offer refunds if the appliance doesn’t fit due to incorrect measurements.
After Delivery: Inspection & Setup
- Unpack your appliance within 24 hours and check for transit damage
- Damage claims must be made within this window
- For fridge, freezer, or fridge-freezer units, allow 24 hours for the gases to settle before turning the appliance on to avoid internal damage
Product Guarantee & Condition
- All our appliances come with a 12-month parts guarantee
- Products are sold as seen (cosmetically), with all visible imperfections clearly shown in photos and listed in the advert
Accessories
- Only accessories shown in the advert/photos are included
- We can help you source additional or missing accessories, but it is your responsibility to arrange this
